1. What ZarobTo is

ZarobTo is an informational and educational website about salaries, contracts, B2B work, taxes, public labour market data and salary benchmarks in Poland.

2. Educational nature

The website, calculators, articles and data pages are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, immigration, employment or career advice.

Before making a decision about work, taxes, contracts, business activity or relocation, consult a qualified advisor.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

We try to present data and assumptions clearly, but we do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, exact or suitable for your individual situation.

Calculators use simplified models. Real outcomes may differ because of tax residency, reliefs, benefits, contract terms, local rules, payroll settings, exchange rates, individual costs and future legal changes.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the information and results. Decisions about salary negotiations, contract type, relocation, business registration, taxes or career choices should not be based only on ZarobTo.

5. Data, methodology and sources

Data may come from public statistical sources, official publications, market observations, own ZarobTo analyses and simplified estimates.

Where possible, data pages and calculators include source notes, assumptions or links to methodology. You should always read those notes before relying on a result.

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, misuse forms, scrape data at scale without consent, copy the service commercially without permission or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

The ZarobTo name, logo, layout, original text, analyses, calculators and visual design are protected. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but commercial reuse or copying of substantial parts requires permission.

8. External services and links

The website may link to external services, public sources, newsletter providers or official institutions. We are not responsible for external websites, their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, remove or change parts of the website, calculators, data sources, assumptions or these terms as the service develops.

10. Consumer and mandatory rights
